Will Williams is National Managing Partner for KPMG LLP’s Tax practice, where he oversees a team of almost 6,500 partners and professionals across all tax disciplines -- federal, international, state and local, economic and valuation services, mergers and acquisitions, and international expatriate and global mobility services.
     Prior to assuming his current role in July 2015, Will served as the U.S. National Leader, Economic and Valuation Services practice at KPMG in Atlanta where he started in 1998. His teams focused on supporting Fortune 500 and other clients in conjunction with business restructurings, supply chain planning, and M&A integration, whether developing and implementing transfer pricing solutions or providing valuations of closely held business entities, securities and intangible assets. During this time, Will specialized in structuring, pricing and documenting intercompany transactions to comply with U.S. and OECD tax regulations. In addition, he worked with clients in valuing closely held business entities, securities and intangible assets to meet financial and tax regulatory requirements.
