Mr. Hickman is a Partner at Perkins Coie LLP's Seattle office. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures with a particular emphasis on the aerospace and defense industries. He also assists clients with business formations, reorganizations and liquidations, general contract and corporate governance issues. He holds a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Michigan Law School and Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Harvard University. He is a member of the Washington state bar.
