Susan Rowe

Ms. Rowe was the former Director of Legal Research and Writing at Charlotte School of Law and taught courses on Business Associations, Commercial Law, Sales, Secured Transactions, and Torts. Prior to joining the faculty, she practiced business law at Parker, Poe, Adams, & Bernstein's Charlotte office, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and bank financing. She also worked in the Columbia office of Nexsen Pruet, focusing on business entity formations and general corporate work, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, bankruptcy law, and antitrust law. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, a Masters of Public Administration from the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor of Arts from Lander University. She is a member of the South Carolina and District of Columbia state bars.
