Sara Logan is a Director in the Federal Tax Services group in the Washington National Tax Services office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She specializes in accounting methods, with expertise in capitalization, repairs, depreciation and amortization, leasing, long-term contract accounting under §460, and non-shareholder contributions to capital under §118. Ms. Logan's publications include articles featuring regulations under § 263(a) and accounting for E&P under §964.

Ms. Logan joined PwC in November of 2007, and was promoted to Director in July 2012. Prior to joining PwC, Ms. Logan worked for the IRS at the IRS Office of the Chief Counsel, Passthroughs and Special Industries, as an Attorney Advisor. Additionally, Ms. Logan has taught as an adjunct Assistant Professor at Northern Virginia Community College and is currently an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center.
