Sandra Cohen is a Founding Partner of Cohen & Buckmann pc. She advises many multi-national corporations on equity compensation plans, with particular focus on Canada and United States cross-border stock compensation issues. Ms. Cohen helps employers work through senior management issues that arise during merger negotiations including managing U.S. golden parachute taxes. She is regularly consulted by clients regarding the laws governing U.S. non-qualified deferred compensation (409A) and other tax, securities and contractual aspects of their executive plans and arrangements. She is a frequent speaker and author on compensation topics.
