Reto Savoia is Managing Partner and Tax Practice Leader for Deloitte in Switzerland. Reto is a Swiss international corporate tax specialist with more than 15 years of experience in the area of cross-border structuring, M&A and business reorganizations. Reto is part of Deloitte’s leadership team in Switzerland and member of the board of Deloitte UK. He is a Swiss Certified Tax Expert.
This includes a one year secondment to a supply chain management/transfer pricing group in Chicago. He also has experience in the area of cross-border structuring, which includes establishing tax efficient IP- and financing structures, and business reorganizations including large supply chain transformation and relocation projects. He has broad experience in negotiating tax rulings for all corporate tax matters with Swiss tax authorities at all levels (i.e. federal and cantonal/communal tax authorities) including advising companies in mutual agreement procedures.
