Minal Sharma is a Senior Manager with Deloitte’s India team with significant experience advising clients on transfer pricing matters. She worked for over four years in the Firm's Corporate and International Tax practice and in June 2006 moved to the Firm's Transfer Pricing practice.
Ms. Sharma has been involved in assisting MNE clients on a range of Transfer pricing products, starting from Planning for tax efficient intercompany transactions to Compliance and Controversy Management. Over the years, she has assisted clients on the issues of management charges, PE profits and other such contentious transfer pricing issues.
