Margaret L. Hudgins is a member of Neal Gerber Eisenberg’s Private Wealth Services practice group. Her practice includes structuring and drafting estate plans, handling complex estate administration matters, and forming and advising non-profit organizations.

Meg brings nearly 10 years of experience to Neal Gerber Eisenberg. Prior to joining the firm, Meg worked as an attorney for a large non-profit organization, where she oversaw litigation and administrative matters related to trusts and estates in multiple states. Meg also spent several years working as an associate attorney, where she drafted a wide range of estate planning documents and counseled clients on the formation and structuring of various business agreements, handled estates and trusts controversy matters, and formed 501(c)(3) entities and drafted related entity governing documents.

While in law school, Meg was a member of The Order of the Coif and the Chicago-Kent Law Review.
