Following initial years of practice as an assistant auditor at (today) KPMG in Munich, and later as head of Tax & Audit Rödl & Partner’s Prague branch, Lucie formed VORLÍČKOVÁ PARTNERS in 1994, which has recently joined forces with Rödl & Partner as of October 1, 2014. Rödl & Partner is one of the leading international advisory and audit companies providing interdisciplinary advisory services to German family-owned businesses in all important international markets. A certified Auditor – Member of the Czech Chamber of Auditors since 1996, and Certified Tax Advisor – Member of the Czech Chamber of Tax Advisors since 1994, Mrs. Vorlíčková has been repeatedly commended as one of the world’s leading tax advisors by the International Tax Review and other publications and recognized as one of the “25 Leading Women of Czech Business” for the sixth time by Hospodářské noviny, the leading Czech business journal. Since 2008, she has been a frequent lecturer on the Faculty of Law of Charles University, “International Taxation of Enterprises”, in Prague. An author of several books and book chapters, Mrs. Vorlíčková has written numerous articles in her native languages of Czech and German, as well as English.
