Ms. Horn is Associate Director of Tax Services with Dean Dorton Allen Ford. Erica has over 30 years of professional experience advising clients on business matters including issues related to state and local tax. Ms. Horn received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (summa cum laude) from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky and was awarded her J.D. degree (with high distinction) from the University of Kentucky, College of Law. She is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation, CLE Committee and State and Local Tax Committee. She is also a member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, the AICPA and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. Ms. Horn is Co-Founder, and Chair Emeritus of the Board of Directors for GleanKY. Erica is widely published and a frequent speaker on state and local taxation and other tax related issues.
