Mr. Auerbach is a shareholder at Browning Kaleczyc Berry & Hoven, P.C. and manages the firm's Missoula office. He serves as the Chairman of the firm's Healthcare Law Practice Group and focuses on risk management, state and federal regulatory issues, healthcare information privacy, provider contracting, employment claims, compliance assessments, and general litigation. He also practices insurance defense and other general litigation, and assists with intellectual property issues. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law, a Master of Business Administration in Sports and Business Marketing from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, and Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oregon. He is a member of the Montana state bar.
