Dan A. Schulder is a Shareholder in Cozen O’Connor and resident in its Harrisburg Office. His practice involves all aspects of federal, state and local taxation and represents clients in tax controversies before the administrative boards and courts throughout the country. Dan provides advice to clients regarding corporate income, franchise, gross receipts, sales and use, property, public utilities, realty transfer, personal income, local business privilege and mercantile taxes, and unclaimed property and unemployment compensation tax matters.

In addition to his tax planning and litigation expertise practice, Dan’s practice involves structuring business organization, merger, acquisition, disposition, recapitalization and reorganization transactions, developing debt and equity financing strategies, providing business planning and corporate formation counseling, and all aspects of acquiring, developing, financing, leasing and zoning of commercial and residential real estate. Dan's work in the fields of taxation and corporate planning have been published in numerous publications. He is a frequent lecturer on taxation and corporate planning topics throughout the country.
