Mr. McCastlain is a Member at Dover Dixon Horne PLLC, based in Little Rock. His practice focuses on corporate, business, and tax law, including work in agriculture matters. He serves as general counsel for corporate clients, including quasi public and special purpose agribusiness entities. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a former Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. He holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center, which he earned while on active duty with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration from Henderson State University.
