Ms. Roese is an Associate and member of the Tax and Employee Benefits Practice Group at Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP's Louisville, Kentucky office. Her practice focuses on federal, state and local taxes, including assistance with tax planning and tax controversies. She has practiced before the United States Tax Court and the state courts and administrative tribunals of Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana. She also has vast experience dealing with the Internal Revenue Service and state and local tax departments, and her expertise encompasses income taxes, sales taxes, property taxes, trust and estate taxes, and excise taxes. She currently serves as the Chair of the Louisville Bar Association Tax Section. She holds a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School and a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston University. She is a member of the Indiana and Kentucky state bars.
