Arsalan is a Manager in KPMG’s Chicago Mergers & Acquisitions Tax practice. He has more than 12 years of experience in corporate accounting and tax matters. 

Arsalan’s accounting experience includes, tax structuring considerations, due diligence investigations, economic modeling, and transaction advisory. He has been a tax advisor on 150+ private equity deals which have included the sale or spinoff of subchapter C corporations, S corporations, and partnerships. 

Arsalan possesses a broad understanding and awareness of financial and commercial motives of buyers and sellers in the M&A markets, while being conscious of the interrelation of tax and business with the ability to effectively translate technical tax positions to a non-tax audience.

Arsalan is a former adjunct instructor of tax and accounting at Kennesaw State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
